Andrew Maringa’s leadership journey began in the field of Information Technology and evolved into founding and growing Tendai ICT, alongside serving on multiple corporate boards. Throughout this journey, he has consistently placed purpose above profit, guided by the belief that leadership is ultimately a responsibility to serve people, communities, and future generations.
Grounded in family, faith, and ethical leadership, Andrew’s philosophy underpins the Lead with Purpose movement. It reflects a commitment to developing leaders who lead with integrity, build inclusive systems, and create sustainable impact that outlives individual success.
